The drainage holes in this holder actually let the brush dry out completely between uses, which was my main concern before buying. It sits neatly against the wall without taking up too much floor space.

Finally a brush holder that doesn't collect that gross standing water—the angled drip tray actually lets everything dry out completely. The matte finish hasn't shown a single water spot after two weeks of use.

The silicone ring keeps the brush from sloshing water everywhere when you put it back in the holder. The whole thing just feels more solid than my old plastic setup, and it actually looks nice sitting next to the sink.
